About us!

Elite Recovery Tech was created by a Physical Therapist and MBA-trained healthcare professional who blends evidence-based practice with the grounding traditions of taichi, yoga, and Chan meditation.

My experience working within McLean Hospital’s mental health programs showed me how deeply healing, balance, and everyday recovery matter. It strengthened my belief in the power of science, spirituality, and supportive environments to transform well-being.

Alongside my work in wellness, I also lead a property management company — a reminder that the spaces we live in shape how we feel. Elite Recovery Tech brings these worlds together by offering thoughtfully designed recovery tools that elevate both body and home.
